This year, we’ll once again offer three dedicated conference streams, each designed to speak directly into the unique opportunities and challenges of different age groups and ministry contexts:
Adults
Equipping and inspiring those serving across our city and communities.
Get a taster from this recording of our key note speaker, Sam Ward, from The Message Trust at last year’s conference.
Secondary-Aged Youth
Helping young people engage with faith, mission, and the world around them.
Primary-Aged Children
Fun, interactive, and age-appropriate sessions designed to inspire the next generation.
Celebrating What God Is Doing Across Southampton
For the first time, this year’s conference will place a special focus on the encouraging stories, huge opportunities and specific challenges of Southampton City Mission’s work. Bringing real life stories of the immense reach and impact of our citywide schools work, exciting news of the after-school Jesus Clubs – the Grow Communities, the reality of those struggling with hardship, isolation and spiritual poverty in Southampton, and the welcome, hope and transformation being offered by so many mixed volunteer teams all over this city.
Special Guest Speaker: Charles Maasz
We’re delighted to welcome Charles Maasz, CEO of Glasgow City Mission, as our keynote speaker.
With a Biblical exploration of God’s call for us to engage with the need, brokenness and spiritual bankruptcy of our world.
Be Part of the Story
Whether you’re already involved in mission, exploring how you can serve, or simply passionate about praying for Southampton to flourish, this conference is an opportunity to be encouraged, equipped, and inspired.
Come and hear what God is doing. Discover where He may be calling us next.

Charles Maasz, CEO of Glasgow City Mission
We are very pleased to be welcoming Charles as our keynote speaker, coming all the way down to Southampton to share from his vast experience in city mission work, the movement of God they see so regularly in Glasgow. He will be exploring how we are all called into this work with God through the bible to engage with the need, brokenness and spiritual bankruptcy of our world, and the exciting journey that awaits all of us as we step into our calling.
Youth Groups
For youth coming with families or those on their own, we will be looking at the unique opportunities available in your current cultural moments in school and college. In small discussion groups we’ll explore faith and life opportunities in person and online and in our networks with a chance to ask pressing questions or raise areas which are challenging spaces for you today.
Prayer Space
Whether you want to pray quietly on your own or join in with come creative prayer craft projects. We know it’s important to have a space to retreat quietly with God.
Workshops
We’re excited to offer 3 different practical hands on workshops about mapping our relationships, shaping our own Jesus story and practicing our answers to real faith life questions.
Children’s Work
Take a look at the video from last year’s conference. We have the team in place to do similar again. We know the children will have a great time and learn so much about Jesus.
Prayer Walks
Our fantastic partner, Southampton House of Prayer, will lead us in circular prayer walks from Highfield Church lasting half an hour. These will be accessible for both experienced prayer walkers and complete beginners.
